Return Policy
This return policy applies exclusively to business partners and international trade clients of Ventace Folk Limited. Our process aims to ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance with contractual terms.
Eligibility for Returns
                - Returns are only accepted for products purchased under a formal sales contract between Ventace Folk Limited and the business partner.
 - Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of goods, with written notice specifying the reason for return and supporting documentation (e.g. photos, inspection reports).
 - Only items that are defective, damaged during transit, or do not conform to agreed specifications are eligible for return.
 - Custom-made products, special orders, or goods marked as “non-returnable” in the contract are not eligible for return unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 
Return Procedure
                - 1 Notification: The buyer must notify Ventace Folk Limited in writing (info@ventacefolkworld.com) within 7 days of delivery, providing order/invoice number, description of the issue, and evidence (photos, inspection report).
 - 2 Evaluation: Ventace Folk Limited will review the request and may require additional information or arrange for a third-party inspection.
 - 3 Return Authorization: If the return is approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions will be provided.
 - 4 Shipping: The buyer is responsible for properly packaging the goods and arranging return shipment to the designated address, unless otherwise agreed. All returned goods must be in original condition and include all original documentation.
 - 5 Inspection & Resolution: Upon receipt, Ventace Folk Limited will inspect the goods. If the claim is valid, we will offer a replacement, credit note, or refund as per contract terms.
 
Important Notes
                - Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error or defective goods, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
 - Risk & Title: Risk and title of the goods remain with the buyer until the returned goods are received and accepted by Ventace Folk Limited.
 - No Returns Without Authorization: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and may be returned at the sender’s expense.
 - Force Majeure: Returns due to force majeure or circumstances beyond control will be handled based on mutual agreement.
